Great to have you joining us for the VAM Trophy 2026! You’ve booked a team area, and below you’ll find all the practical information regarding setup, access, and the team layout.
Location of the Team Areas
The team areas are located along the wide road near the event site, on the left-hand side as you enter. Please note: the surface is partly paved, so take this into account when setting up and securing your tent or canopy.
Setup & Access
- Setup is possible from Friday at 15:00.
- After that, the team areas are accessible and can be left at any time.

- If you’re arriving on Sunday, please follow the special access route as indicated on the map attached below.
Emergency Access
The team area is located along a road that must remain accessible for emergency vehicles at all times.
Please make sure to stay within the chalk-marked zones and leave enough space for passage.
Maximum width 4 to 4.5 meters.
Length varies depending on the booked spot (7.5 or 15 meters).
Facilities
- No power or water is available, so teams must be fully self-sufficient.
- Parking at your team area is allowed, as long as your vehicle fits entirely within your designated space.
